Where We Deliver

July London ships only to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery outside the UK.

Processing and Delivery Times

Your estimated delivery time is made up of two stages: order processing and shipping transit. We work with established UK carriers so that your order is handled securely and reaches you promptly.

Total Estimated Delivery	4–9 business days

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders received before 2:00 p.m. (GMT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, or at weekends and on public holidays, begin processing on the next business day. Every order is checked and carefully packed before dispatch; this is included in the processing time shown above.

Parcel Protection and Lost Shipments

Every shipment includes parcel insurance at no extra charge. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please write to us at contact@july-london.com. We will open a lost package investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

Delivery Issues

If you run into any delivery problem — a delay, damaged packaging, or a missed delivery attempt — please contact our customer support team straight away. We will work to resolve any shipping-related issue as quickly as we can.
